Bella Palacio has been open for dine-in for about a month now. I noticed very few of the old staff but the one chinese lady from before Michel recognized me. Seems like they have hired more locals to run the restaurant. Regardless, the few times I went there over this past month, I've been very happy with the quality of the food and most recently, I had the Pollo Lo Mein (see photo). Very tasty and a lot of food for the price!!

I had no idea Tijuana had it’s own style of Chinese food and the cultural impact the cuisine has had on the city! I wasn’t sure what to expect flavor wise, but I am so glad I gave this a try! The pollo naranja was so tasty, excellently fried without being greasy! Great crunch yet tender meat.

The Mongolian shrimp was the way to go here. Extra crispy large hand breaded shrimp with a delicious Mongolian sauce that had a tiny kick to it from the chilies its sauteed with. Excellent! Can't say much for the customer service, however.
